Peanut Chutney is very tasty and goofd for health .It can be taken with idli , dosa or also with rice as side dish . My kids love this chutney in their tiffin box along with idli . Very simple to prepare if we have dry roasted peanuts readily available .I generally dry roast peanut, remove the skin (its optional ) or leave it like that and keep them in air tight container so that they can be readily used to prepare chutney .
- Dry roast peanut and keep it aside . Take paenuts , green chillies, tamrind salt to taste in mixer jar .
- Grind it nicely . Add little water and make into smooth chutney .
- Take small frying pan ,add little oil .Then add mustard seeds ,menthi ,hing and curry leaves and allow it to splutter .
- Add this to ground chutney and mix well . Make it into your convenient consistency .
