This is traditional andhra recipe which every one likes and prepare in marriages or any functions .I have used black urad dal and white urad dal mix so that it is healthy and very nutritional for kids .
- Dry roast both the urad dal and rice till they are golden in colour .
- Grind 1 cup sugar and keep it aside . Mix sugar with the ground mixture of urad dal in a bowl and melted ghee .
- Make ladoos with this mixture and keep it in air tight container and store it in dry place .
