Every evening we search for some snack and we tend to eat all sort junk .Instead make this is a wonderful and tasty snack, very easily with the ingredient readily available at home.
- Soak peanut for 3-4 hours . Then pressure cook them with little salt . keep it aside.
- Chop onions into small pieces, cut green chilli ,mince tomotoes into small cubes , chop coriander leaves.
- Boil potatoes in pressure cooker and remove the skin and make small pieces and keep it .
- In a bowl mix peanuts , potatoes, tomatoes ,green chillies ,onion .Then add all the spices into this mixture . Add curd , sweet chutney and green chutney and mix well.
- Garnish with sev and coriander leaves and serve
