Homemade naans are very smooth and tasty to eat . try this recipe and you can make baturas also with this dough.￼
- Take the maida (all purpose flour ) in a bowl .Add curd ,milk ,boiled potato , 2 tbsp butter ,sugar, and salt and mix well .Then pour little water and prepare dough and close it and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
Heat tawa and place the naan on it and roast it on both side by applying butter .
Serve hot with chana masala .
