Ingredients

Wheat flour
1 cup
Menthi leaves
1 cup
Besan
1/2 cup
Turmeric
1/2 tsp
Red chilli
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Oil

Steps

  1. Clean the methi leaves .Wash it and then chop them and keep it aside .
  2. Take wheat flour and besan in a bowl and add the masalas and chopped methi leaves and make soft dough by adding water to it. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

  3. Make small balls  out of the dough .Roll it into  triangular parathas using oil or ghee .
  4. Heat tawa and put the paratha on it and fry both sides get cooked well.
